Good place to get brake pads installed

Does anyone know a good cheap place to get my Hawk HPS brake pads installed in North Jersey......i tried a local shop but they don't like the idea of me bringing my own pads (bastards)...can anyone help me out cause i don't really wanna risk doin it myself...thanks

it's not that hard... I can sell you some hawk hps pads... pm me for a price shipped.

Best place to do it is in your driveway. Takes me 30 minutes to jack up the car, remove the wheels, and swap the brake pads in. It's the easiest thing to do on our car...

Yeah its super easy to do. Installed mine yesterday. Just make sure you have a 14mm socket and a C clamp. You can prob go to auto zone and they will loan you one.

Mind as well replace and bleed your brake fluid while your down there. If you've gone thru a set of pads I'd say you're over due for some new fluid.

I had changed mine out at 10,000 miles but wasnt doing it just b/c of brake wear. I wanted the hawks to reduce brake dust which i bet is the reason for most of us doing them this early on. I was surprised how low the OEM pads were though for only being 10000 miles.
But as for brake fluid it is almost as clear as it was when the car was new.

thanks guys ill look into it....im headed to vegas today and ill be back on monday....btw i have the non-brembo brakes and i heard that its much easier to replace the brembo ones.......is it the same procedure to change the fronts and the rears??
