Default Do i need sways?

I have the Eibach springs on my car and yes after i installed them it envoked a little more confidence in the handling of the car. But it still seems lacking. Be it taking a corner at high speeds its like the car is lifting on me. I was looking to get front and rear sway bars (whatever make) . Is this the solution to my problem? what exactly do the sway bars do if not?

thanx in advance

I have eibach sways w/ stock suspension and the handling difference is AMAZING. I highly recommend the eibach sways. I have my front set to soft/medium and rear set to medium, although I need to change it to full stiff due to the sidewall flex of my rear 275 toyos.

Bottom line; get sways. Which brand is up to you. I love my eibachs.

Yes, it does. It feels lighter because it is more tossable in the turns.

Or you might consider the Hotchkis sways...Much better IMO and cheaper. Got mine $255 shipped. With Hotchkis sways and B&G springs I have COMPLETE confidence in the handling. Mine are set to full stiff in the back and middle in the front and seriously it feels like a completely different car. (In a very good way)

Amazing

I run my Hotchkis sways Middle Hole Front and Full Soft in the rear..

With Koni's installed I can no longer "Kick out the Rear"

Even in the wet...

Your rear must be very very tight... How would you explain your ride?

Cheers Amy -

I would explain it as very tail happy... Which is the way I like it. I got much better cornering when both were on middle but I like to throw the back end out a lot so now its on full stiff in the back.

I also got the $250 shipped from Titan when I ordered the springs and sways from them ... however, since I had orded, hotchkis had restructured the pricing for the springs. I mentioned the new pricing, which is yet to be released for the springs, and titan was MORE than willing to refund me $50 quick-fast and in a hurry . Needless to say, they had excellent customer service and will get my recommendation from now on.

PS- I love my sways! had them on 4 days now ... I can take a familiar local canyon turn at 50mph now with confidence, before this I was getting scared at 40-45
