Question new Z owner

Im going to be purchasing a new Z in the next couple of weeks...I was just wondering if buying a used one would be dumb. thanx

I guess whether it's "dumb" or not would depend on which used car you're buying. But if you find a clean car, you should be ok. Did you have any specific concerns?

I got mine certified 03 @ 23500 from a nissan dealer...
immaculate condition... with 10,000 miles

i found an 03 for 20000 w/ 30000 miles. how many miles is to many on a car like this

Too many miles? Personally I'd say anything over 40k miles would be worth staying away from.

I got an 03 w/ 6k miles on it.

If paying $12,000 less for a car that originally listed for $36,000 is dumb, then that's what I am. Just find one that appeared to be babied and has low miles.

Not at all. There is risk involved buying a used car: you have little idea about the previous owner’s driving habits or care. On the other hand, be assured that the price is discounted to compensate for any risk. You get what you pay for.

i was offered an '04 Performance Model with 19,500 miles for $23,000 not incl. tax and license, with 5.9% financing. is that a decent offer??
