relax.....03s are fine....cuz i bought one back in 3/03 6/mt.....never had any major problems except for two front tires which nissan replaced under warranty. my buddy got rid of his wrx due to clutch and tranny problem also.
i normally do not keep a car longer than two years, but this 03z is a keeper.

my 03 touring is fine. plus, i have an extended warranty - 100K miles.

i have an 03 with 45k miles. no tranny problems at all(well sometimes when its cold its hard to get it into first or second but i am not worried about that.)

03 performance, 28k miles, nothing replaced, new tires took care of the feathering. Drives like a champ. Love it! =)

clicking has not been fixed. i have an 05 and my rear end clicks like a ****!
i dont have feathering, but i had the window grease streaks and both of my 12 volt outlets went out on me.

Yes that is true. Camber can make wear uneven but it DOES NOT accelerate wear like toe does.

Get a cheap 03 because 03's with average miles should still have their drivetrain warranty for another 2 years..60 months warranty. I have an early 03.. September 02 in service date. Should be good until Sept 07 which is just short of 2 years. I DID have my tranny replaced about 10k miles ago and running good now.
