Get it! Everything on the car (that was put on) sounds pretty nice, but I dunno about the hp/tq gained tho, sounds pretty optimistic to me, but nonetheless, a pretty nice model it looks like. I'd suggest do more research on this car like carfax before u get it, but dont forget that its an 04, non-rev up engine, the base price for that car is around 29 when it was new, so my guess would be it would sell for around 27-29 because of the mods...

The seller (or atleast whoever is representing the dealership in this auction) said they have $44,600 in this car but would be "willing to entertain offers in the mid 30's". The Blue Book retail value is around $32,000. I just wasnt sure what the value of the mods are worth used.

You know what's funny, the dealer will tell you when you trade your car in that a stock car is worth more than a modified car and give you less. Then when they go to sell your car they use the mods as a selling point and sell it for more.

Yeah I noticed that too. Dealerships work in mysterious ways.

mods are not worth anything to the lenders. at the most i could see the mods adding maybe 2k on top of blue book on that car.

Why would you want a display car? First of all no telling how many people have messed with it. Then on top of that, those 4k miles are probably HARD miles from dealer goons taking it out as a demo.

It wasnt so much that I was really interested in it, I just wanted to see if what they were asking was out of line. And from the responses I have been getting I see that the mid 30's is quite high.

All that we know now is that the seller wants more than $19,000. The reserve is hidden so we may not see that before the auction ends.

I like to watch the bidding because we see the negotiation process first hand. Yes I am weird.

So far buyers think its worth $30,101. The seller thinks that its worth more(reserve not met).

Bidding has ended for this item

Now we know the answer. The 350Z is worth more to the seller than potential buyers: reserve was not met.
