350z roadster 2004 touring, 24500$
This car is sold by a used car dealership, it has no navigation, and 60k miles on it.
Would this be a good deal?
What should I look for?
Since this is the first manual I even bought, how can I tell if the clutch/gears are good?
I have already secured my auto financing and need some quick advice

No one ever bought a car because someone else told them that it was a good deal. No one. If you like the car and think that the price is reasonable, buy it. If not – move on.
If you're financing double check with the lender, usually credit requirements and interest rates climb or even soar on cars once they turn the magic 60k miles which is usually why the auction houses, wholesalers, and the black book really discount the cars heavily to make them attractive to payment shoppers.
