Performance model with no cruise control?

Performance model with no cruise control?
This seller on ebay claims that his 350z is the Performance trim, but the interior photos show no cruise control on the steering wheel. I checked www.nissanhelp.com and it said the cruise is on all models except for the base. Is this seller trying to pull a fast one? Thanks.

Yes, your seller is full of ****, its a Base Model.
Ask him to show you a picture of the TCS button, if he does, then call him out because its suppose to say VDC!
He doesnt have side curtain air bags either. Call this idiot out!
