What would be a better deal for me??
I'm debating between two 350z roadsters right now and they are both stock with the touring package.
Choice #1 2005 Super Black Touring with 23,338 miles for $27,000. I'm sure I can talk them down at least one or two thousand dollars because It's been listed for over 4 months now. Does not have extended warranty.
Choice #2 2005 Super Black Touring with 37,000 miles for $25,000. I can probably talk her down to $24,000. She does have the 100k mile warranty though which should last me until 2012. Would this be the better deal for me if I'm planning on keeping my car for the long run? I only drive about 10,000 miles a year.
Or should I go for choice #1 since it has lower mileage?

I would say #1
You can buy an aftermarket warranty later if you really feel you need it (which I don't think you will)
#2 seems like really high mileage given it is at most 2 years old.
warranties don't always seem to cover everything. I find them in many cases to be worthless.
