Dude, I live in Ashland, Ky and I bought a 03 enthusiast with 23k on it two years ago. I got the extended Silver Plus protection plan also. I got it in Bristol, Tn (like 4 hours away) from Bill Gatton for 17k and some change out the door. Check AutoTrader.com and dont be afraid to drive a few hours to get a good deal. You won't find one in Ky.

I would agree with the others, pass on this one. You will find a better one for a good price.
I was in the same boat as you and was looking in the same area. It took me a few months to find the right one, but I was looking for a DB, ended up with a 04.5 DB perf with 17k miles for 20k. Seeing as you will take a silver you'll have no problem finding one soon. I've only had mine for about a month and a half and when I looked there were plenty of silver Z's to be had.
You might have to take a drive though, I drove to Chicago to pick mine up.
Keep looking, you find the right one.

ok, there is nothing wrong with salvaged, recondition, or rebuilt cars. As long as you know what was done to them.
Remember you get what you pay for, but people who want to earn money and plan on keeping cars really dont care about resale value.
There are used even new cars that have been in previous accidents, probably worse than the salvaged vehicles and have clean titles.
I work for a junk yard and we rebuild cars with blown engines, or have been in accident here in Texas, along with about 100 other small used car dealerships in town. Yea its alot harder to sell a rebuilt car, than a "clean car" but when you get a car that has about $2000 dollars in repairs, thats has a trade-in of $20,000, and the small dealer sells it for $11,000, you bet we will sell it. We also rebuild clean title cars that have been in accidents and sell them at trade in value.
But whatever you do never buy a flood vehicle car!!!!!!!!!!!
About all that car being rebuilt and being worth only half of book value, thats not true, at least here in Texas, California, & Florida.

Nothing wrong with rebuilt 350z, i have driven my 03 nissan 350z for 3 years,NO PROBLEMS. It depends how and who fixes them up, I have a 05 touring roadster for sale right now, 23,000 dollars negotiable, only has 12,000 miles on it. I HAVE ALL MY CARS FIXED PROFESSIONALLY AND INSPECTED BEFORE SALE. THIS CAR WAS FIXED RIGHT AT THE DEALERSHIP. People are scared of rebuilt titles, but when you actually know and have driven/fixed the cars, you undestand that they are the same as clean titles, just the value of the car goes down becuase of the title. Usually 70-80 percent of the blue book.
-Good luck with the buy!

i would personally get a clean title, so you wont have trouble selling it later, i know you said your planning to keep it for awhile, but you never know when you might have to sell it, things come up. also the fact that you can get a clean title Z for a few g's more. the best advice i can give you is to be PATIENT when your looking. good luck.

I just got an 06 with 50 k miles clean title , perfect shape, no mods. for 17000. I have looked for 3 months, I think you can do better then this car. insurance is higher for salvaged title also. I have looked at a bunch of 350 I would say this one should be 13000.
