Default Good Deal on a 2007 Enth. 6 spd Z?

The car is a 2007 enthusiast, 6 speed, silver, and i got him down to $30,400 otd. This includes taxes, tags, freight, etc. whatever else the dealer slaps on. I think its a decent deal, opinions are welcome of course

What options does it have? I have a dealer offering me an 07 San Marino Blue Enthusiast Z 6spd with Aluminum Kick Plates, Splash Guards, Convenience package, spash guards, and Mats for 27,975+TTL. Sounds real close to the deal you are getting or maybe a little lower.

6.25% sales tax here in Texas. I think its a pretty good deal also. about 400 under invoice.

Your number is meaningless unless you break it down to MSRP, taxes, tags, etc. What options does it have?

I paid $30,900 for 07 Solar Orange Enthusiast w/ Auto Transmission, Floor Mats, Trunk Mat......I can't believe that one of the other dealers across town was charging $3000 more for "Dealer Markup"........and even told me that "All Dealers add that much".

Anyways......I had a lot more fun shopping for insurance, specially since I'm 23 and have 2 points on my record.

Sorry but I can't help much if you don't reply to simple questions. Good bye friend.

otd means nothing when people pay different sales tax in different states. Some not at all. Also dealer fees will vary from one dealer to the next. For example sales Tax on 28500 is about 1800 bucks here. Thats a big differene in the OTD price from someone that dont have sales taxes.

Some of these guys just don't get it. I paid a $51.50 documentation fee, but I've seen on this forum someone paid $500+. Did the car have side airbags maybe? That's $600.

They also don't get that your trade-in is a separate transaction. Who cares that you paid < invoice for a new car if they paid you 5 grand less than what your car was worth?

No wonder people get creamed. There is so much financial misunderstanding on this forum I just want to scream.
