Default Buying Used 350Z, Good Deal? Plz N TY for help

Its a 2004 350z /w 23k miles on it for $16,995. I believe its the touring (any clue to what model it is would help me also) model because it has leather interior and its an automatic, which from what I read on here can't be a base. (want automatic because I live in a stop and go city with hills surrounding) Carfax is 100% clean, the guy only averaged 8k miles a year (obviously not a year round car). The dealer told me that it has small nicks and scratches from normal use. Pictures show a small dent/scuff on the left bottom part of the front bumper, nothing big by any means, but noticeable. Everything looks very well kept. I've included some pics... lemme know what you guys think, Thanks for any help. (white blotch on the carpet is from me whiting out the dealer's info, wasn't sure if I should post that w/o their permission)

P.S. Should I consider a Carchex extended warranty or just use the remainder of the factory?

yep...04 touring. looks like a good deal as long as mechanically it's sound, pull the trigger.

factory warranty is probably over...3 years or 36k whichever is first. car's over 3 years old.

Powertrain is still active, which would cover any of my main concerns, correct?

I doubt that that's a touring. The leather seats are aftermarket and it's missing power seats.

No heated seats means it is an Enthuiast. Still a good buy at $17000, imo given milage. Have it checked out by mechanic you pay & trust.

Good point. Where are the seat controls?

The seats definitely don't look like the touring. The stitching looks off.

thats really cheap for a dealership .It also has low mileage. Make sure get a car fax. Check and make sure the paint on every part of the body matches, couldve been into a small accident.
