Default Looking for a 350Z myself

Im new here but anyway, Im looking for a 350Z. I have never messed with anything such as a Z just old trucks and the like. I have a 03 Crown Vic to trade along with around 3K cold hard cash. Im looking to get into a auto less than 40K mile 350Z for 20 grand. So, what would be the best year model to get? I dont plan on adding anything past bolt ons however. Any quirks about the Z for a daily driver yall have? Any major problems? Anyone know what one of these wholesale prices for? Any help is appreciated!
Thanks, M4L

Check Kelly Blue book for prices.

03 (oops!) or 04 Enthuiast looks like it would fit you best. Have a mechanic check out whatever you choose before buying.

03?

And yeah, check KBB for a rough price check. Judge the cars around your neighborhood based on interior, exterior, performance.

As a daily driver, depends on where you live. Mine is my DD and it's fine. The ride is not as smooth as a G35 coupe but I like it rough, haha.

The only passenger I usually drive around is my roommate (g/f) so having a 2 seater fits my lifestyle.

if it's helpful, I just picked up a 2004 enthusiast auto in le mans sunset (burnt orange), 40k miles, perfect carfax and maintenance / 1 local owner, car in flawless condition for 17.8 pre-gap insurance.

the blue book was nearly 4 grand higher.. but the deals are out there.
