Can you return a new car???
So I bought one, and I'm now having serious buyers remorse. Wondering if anyone knows if there is a legal return period for NC. I would try to return it Mon. morning. Putting maybe 20 miles at most on it.

Oh, so you figured out you really can't afford the payments...LOL j/k Some states up-to 48 hours of the purchase. However, tough to win against a dealership.
20 miles just cost you about 3-5k in depreciation. It's a used car now if you bought it new.

Nice! I like that. We'll see what happens. The Z was the car I wanted 4 or 5 years ago I think, when I wanted a cool 6 speed sports car. Coming from an easy to drive SUV, I think I'll miss the convenience. maybe I'm getting old. I did get a pretty good deal, carbon silver base with dealer installed nismo exhaust for 23.

Your best bet is to speak with an attorney and figure out if they violated any laws in the process of the sale. There are a lot of technicalities that can get you off the hook. For $100 consultation, you might save big.
An example is a lot of California dealers will allow you to come up with down payment and defer it for a few weeks. But they won't put it on the contract because they don't want the bank to know that you don't have the down right then. If it is not on the contract, the contract was executed illegally and can be voided. Or just don't ever pay the couple grand and after a few weeks they'd rather take the car back than loose the down payment. Remember all laws vary state to state.
