Default Should I Be Worried?

Hello guys, I am new to the family and I am looking for a Z. I saw this car on autotrader -->

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false

Looks like a great deal but according to carfax, it had a previous of 4 owners and the last 2 owners owned the car for less than a month. Should I be worried? Thanks for looking!

Not sure how carfax works but could those last 2 owners be dealers or wholesalers? Like it was sold at carmax then to a dealer? Looks clean thats for sure.

edit: its an automatic

dont let them bust your ***** / dont take their humor to heart. the z's auto is great and less prone to issues. that price needs to be lower though - that is already approaching 07 Z territory (HR engine ftw)

To be honest, I don't know how to drive a manual ... (flame shield activated) but I just thought there could be potential problems, that's why 2 owners had it for a month. Did you say the price is in a 07 Z territory?

yep. people are buying 08 base models with no miles for 21k pre ttl. you could find a 07 with miles on it for the price that 05s listed at.

varies from area to area .. but the deals are out there.

Carfax doesnt mean crap, the car could have some major repairs that were not on the carfax, happened to me with my previous car.

I'm sure the car is fine. The 3rd and 4th owners sold it so quickly because they couldn't live with the ridicule one receives from driving an automatic sports car. It happens all the time.

Some dealers, such as Nissan and CarMax, are more selective than others. Generally these "premium" dealers have a model year and mileage limit, and do not sell modified or wrecked vehicles.

Vehicles which do no meet these resale standards are sold at auction.

No need to be frightened by a manual transmission. I learned 40 years ago. People learn every day. Piece of cake.

Thanks for valuable feedbacks davidv and other 350z members, really appreciate it! As far as I am concern, there SHOULD be no problem with the car correct? It only has 23k miles and it seems the last 2 owners barely drove the car more than 10 miles each. I'm just hoping they didn't find a problem and decided to return the car ... know what I mean?

Also, I think the automatic offers a "manual" mode, do I get the same performance as a real manual? Since I am not going to race with it or mod it, automatic should be the way to go for me

Thanks for asking but we do the manual versus automatic debate several times a month. Not worth going there.
