Default Guess what!!! Freedom

Just put down $12,000 to pay off my 03 350z touring.
I am finally free of car payments.

I had 2 and a half years to go and decided that if I don't pay off the car now I might end up blowing the money on a turbo kit or a full V2 body kit.
That's how I ended up with my rims and suspension.
So I did the smart thing and used my disposable income to pay off the car. Took me a month to build up the courage to do it.

Just wanted to share this.

Pics of car below.

Congrats to you!! I paid off my '05 off about 9 months early. It's nice seeing that $600 staying in my checking account. They money will go to fixing up my house.

Thanks everyone,

I'm at that stage in my life, 26, where my car can no longer be my 1st priority.
That an I figured I would save about $2,500 in interest.

Man you are brave. If I had that kind of cash just laying around, I'd be pretty dangerous with it .

Congrats!! I came back from deployment and was able to pay off my truck and purchase my Z with cash and without a loan. It's such a relief owning your car!!

You have no idea. I was so close to buying a full v2 kit painted from a vendor here. Then yesterday I said screw the kit and walked to the bank with a check in my hand. Best decision I have ever made.

I figured I was going to walk in the bank look at my check and walk right back out. 12k is a lot of money for me. Especially in this environment.

Best feeling in the world to know that you finally own your car. #2 would be putting your brand new rims on.

thats half of a used turbo kit, so you're on the way to getting it and you're still a winner in the end!
