Trade-In price on the Z?
Hi. I was just wondering if anyone has or known anyone who has traded in there 350Z. If so what did they get for it? Mine is a SS Performance Model without Nav. Thanks.

Kmori:
Cars.com has some data posted on back book values for Enthusiast and Touring models. Doesn't look good. There isn't much else out there yet.

hahaha thats funny!
they only list BASE / ENTH / TOURING...
this is what i came up with...
2003 Nissan 350Z
Base Original MSRP: $28,249
Series: Enthusiast
Body Style: 2D Coupe
Mileage: 16,000
Equipment Adjustment: $0
Back
Condition Trade-In Value Retail Value
Extra Clean N/A $29,900
Clean $25,205 $28,650
Average $8,060 N/A
Rough N/A N/A
acording to them its worth more as a clean trade in then MSRP!!!!!
im gonan go buy another z tommorow and then trade it in for more.. j/k

Either way that retail number is way too high...
Could be wrong though.

Thanks for all the help guys. Well as I thought I was put through the ringer. The trade value at first offer was only $24,000. I wasn't enthused about that number. The invoice for the Performance model is $28,000 and some change. I ended up getting around $26k for it. It sucks to see the Z go, but the car was just a little to impractical for me. I went the SUV route. If you guys need a winter car for a really great price give me a shout. It is a 95 Grand Am Gt with 82k on the odometer. I will post it in the proper forum. Again thanks for all of your help.

the dealer who smashed my track model tried to lowball me too, that scum. told me track was not a desirable model and offered me 26 and I have nav! Even said he threw in an extra 1000 because of what they did to it.
