Default Purchasing Which Model

Im looking at buying a 350z and looking to spend under 20,000 usd but I dont know what model i should look at, im looking at a base model 07 but a few things that worry me is no traction control and no cruise control.

I know most people frown upon this but I'd be driving it in winter, so your best advice would be wonderful....

I would go with a touring as that will give you cruise, LSD, VDC, and heated seats (nice in cold Canadian winters). As for winter driving, find a set of used stockers and put winter tires on them.

Some folks don't like cruise control, I love it. If you are going to drive in winter, the VDC will be helpful.

I recommend that you:

a. Set a budget.
b. Determine features that you need and those you do not.
c. Go shopping and find the 350Z that you want.
d. Determine the maximum that you are willing to pay. Make your best offer.

Alright David... I have a question and would like to waste your time a little

Here is the story: I currently own an 07 G35 coupe with the sports/premium package (LSD, Bose, 19" rims, sports suspension, etc...). I just recently decided that i'm going to sell that and get a Z. Reasons: when i got the car (12.5 months ago) i decided on the G because of the back seat. Now that i've driven the car for about 8 month, i realized that i really don't need that thing and would rather go with a lighter car that is a little faster as a whole. Also, i'd be saving a few thousand in the process which is AWESOME! question: I know i won't be happy with a car that is less than the G i have now, performance wise (i don't mind loosing a few luxury features), which trim should i go with that will have similar suspension, lsd, etc...

i'm pretty sure i'd have to go with a touring or track? and not sure what i'd get with the Nismo? and what does the grand touring has over the touring?

thats all!!!
