Is this a good deal?
i'm thinking of buying nismo 370z. one dealer quoted me 36500 for a brand new 2009 nismo and 37900 for a brand new 2010 nismo. another dealer ask me 35600 for a 2009 nismo with touch screen navigation, bluetooth, and back-up camera. the only downside it's used but only got 800 miles on it. what do you guys think?

I'm assuming the New 09 and 10 dont have navi... Idk thats a hard one, how bad do you need the extras on the used one? 800mi is nothing and it was probably a demo for a sales manager or something which is common. As long as your not getting screwed on the financing being it is a "used" car.. I'd probably go with the 09 with everything rather than a plain new 09-10 Nismo.

I'm willing to bet the next wave of Z has a bigger engine or FI of sorts. it's not competitive with the domestic market coming in with better performing cars for less..
I would honestly wait a year or so ..

@Entaille
wouldn't it be like 2-3 years?

the offers you received are all 'decent', you can probably talk them down more on the 09s, though, they are dying to get rid of them.
it could very well be longer, but they will be losing a lot of market share if it takes them that long. just one of many examples, the 2011 mustang gt will be 31k base and 400hp/tq..

I would be very curious why it was titled by an individual and sold it 800 miles later. Maybe the person lost their job the same day they bought it or maybe it gave them nothing but problems so they sold it.
See if you can get the name of the original owner and give him/her a call.

That's not too bad of a deal.
I saw a 2009 at a local dealer this past weekend that was listed at almost $41k. The salesman said that his manager would probably drop down to $38.5k. I snickered at the price, and he just smiled back at me. He knew that I knew that that price was still too much.
