Make sure the 06 doesn't burn oil (06 had an oil consumption problem). If it doesn't I would go for it, you get the newer headlights, taillights, interior and front bumper. Also has less miles. Just my .02.

Thanks and definitely that's what I'm thinking. Also any tell signs I could spot if it does have an oil burning issue? Since I personally haven't really researched the consumption issue that much because they have usually been out of my price range.

Both of these dealers want to make a sale badly.

Basically I really only want to spend 11-12k right now. Already told both I can pay that in cash today, I'm letting them think about right now. Any advice on the situation?
90,000 is lots of miles. You can save money up front. But it will cost you in maintenance such as shocks all around.
