Default Should I buy this 300zx?

Before you look at the link please read.
I went there today to check it out and I got a carfax report.
It's a Rebuilt Salvage but the reason for that is because it
got stolen the dealer says so it has to be titled as a rebuilt salvage
because of theft. "This vehicle has a rebuilt title due to a theft recovery"

I'm just not sure. If it really just got stolen but not damaged then I'm fine with it. Here's the link http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...16866329&Log=0

-Thank you

That car is 7.5k. Why not just save up another 2-4k and get an 03-04 350Z. I would never buy a 20 year old non turbo salvaged car. Especially for 7.5k. Plus its your first car?

That would be a fair price to start negotiating if it wasn't a salvage title. Offer them $4,000. If they decline, walk away. You will never make your money back on a salvage car.

That's way too much for a car that old w/ a salvage title

salvaged / old / non-premium model for 7.5k is plain crazy.

^ I agree. Plus you really have no idea what the salvage was really for. I paid $8300 for my 03 , I was very patient and found a great deal. To be honest it sounds like u made up ur mind u just want to have reassurance
