Well, let's see as to the subject being this car pictured Post #1, it doesn't even say which Model it is: i.e. Base, Track Model (which I know it isn't that one), I'll just stick to the subject. The Z color, never mind I won't talk about colors. The nose is good if it's S/C or TT to give purpose for the extra air flow. Nice c/f hoods for that though and do just as good a job. Price wise is close, depending on the car's guts, ortherwards love and care given to the engine and all the mechanical parts of the car. I definitely wouldn't borrow $ to buy. Pay cash, talk him/her down $2,000 or so. Like mentioned above, they want a quick sale. (Now why? Who knows. But good idea would be to find out, get a history on it, any accidents, etc.) Don't jump on something you don't know about. Your Dad's thinking on your behalf and wants you to be satisfied on what ever you buy. That's good. Check for more Z's if you like the Z. There's lots of used Z's out there. Check auto-trader.com, newspapers, magazines, check websites. Take your time and make a careful, throught out decision and then you'll really be satisfied and so will your Dad. Good Luck.

Seriously though, its body kit is just begging for attention and looks terrible, the rims are wack, (at least they arent 22inch chromes though) the neon lights really? Other Z's are going to laugh at your neon lights as they blow past you in 2nd gear. And dont even get me started on the headlights, sure the black paint looks cool on them, i wouldn't mind it on my white Z but those LED's are super ricey and i hear about a lot of voltage issues and surges with aftermarket head and tail lights. And trust me, you will buy this auto and then you're going to drive a manual car and fall in love and then you'll be stuck with this thing that probably has its engine and transmission beat to hell that nobody will want to buy back for what it's worth. Find a different one, find a stock or semi stock manual and you wont regret it.

I didn't even have to open the thread. I could tell from the title alone "2003 350Z." Definitely not worth $13,000. I would say about $10,000-11,000 stock. Riced out as it is, I would offer closer to $8000.
