on 10 sept, 2011. individuals will be meeting in Livermore,CA to gather and take on the challenge of the infamous and mountainous winding Mines Road in it's full length. Many come forth and actually complete the run. Some, fall by the wayside and then Some never return again. Mechanical integrity is a must as there are no pit stops or cell phone accesses available. Your vehicle must be in good working condition. This will not be a run of speed but of endurance and attitude to the many 270 degrees banked curves and turns.
