Shopping list for all car car needs...
Hi, I'm trying to make a list of all the products I should pick up to care for my new SB Z. I'm sold on the Crystal Guard after reading the sticky post.....all 22 pages of it. What else should I pick up? Some paint polisher? What kind of rag works best? Wax on top of the CG? Also, what about the interior? What are the basic necessities?

Heres my detailing collection. One word, ZAINO and 303 Protectant. Its all you need, and you get it here, I bought the towels and Zaino from Kevin Overall, he's a member of 350z.com. Got a great price as well. Z-6 RULES!

If you don't have leather, buy the Zaino kit without the leather cleaner, has everything you need. I would add some extra Z-6, Z-16, Z-12,and some extra Z-2,Z-5, ZFX, zince they will only charge you one flat rate for shipping, thats what I did. Costs more but you dont have to buy for a year or two.
Last but not least don't forget DF TOWELS. Thats key here. Contact kevinoverall on this site, he will sell you the zaino kit and the towels.
Don't forget the dawn pre-wash prior to applying Zaino. That strips all other waxes and then you can claybar, get it smooth, then your ready to apply Zaino, GL! Just remember to follow the steps as listed at the Zaino website. Z-6 is key!
That Z-12, Glass polish is simply amazing. Even gets that fog out of the inside and fills in the chips pretty good. I was amazed when I applied it on my wife's Maxima.
Worth every penney I spent and then some.
Oh and last that California water blade does wonders, saves me so much time when detailing.
Oh and last thing, that 303 protectant is tha shiznit, way better than any cleaner protectant I have ever used, http://www.303products.com/main.php
You can search your zipcode to see who sells the 303 locally, here, http://www.303products.com/main.php?...retailersearch.

Zaino lasts longer, I had to put NXT on practically every 2 weeks. Once it rains a few times it seems like it eats the NXT stuff away, not smooth anymore,
Sorry but in my opinion, Zaino far exceeds NXT.
BTW, I have a free NXT bottle for local pickup, $14 value.

I really thought Meguiars Gold Glass and NXT were the shiznit, until I discovered Zaino, no looking back.

i wouldnt touch a SB 350z with synthetic polymers. If you look at polymers in the sun on a dark car it leaves like a silvery effect. Only use pure carnuba wax for awesome depth and shine but it wont last that long and i would only top CG with a carnuba wax because often synthetics contain cleaners that will wear away your expensive CG
just my .02 CG is a waste of money tried it does nothing if your paint is imperfect (swirls etc) and also doesnt really make it look any different save your money
