Default undercarridge sealant?

anyone know of a lightweight undercar protectant?
at ziebart we used to have the "black" it was a rubbery tar like substance that we'd spray over the bottom of cars. but the stuff is heavy. adds like 40-50 lbs to a larger car !!

i'm just looking for a wax type product for the undercarridge esp. the aluminum suspension bits.. something that i could spray on and maybe rinse of would be good. i'm not worried about the looks i just want to seal the stuff so it doesnt get damaged by daily driving

Shouldn't some portions of the car already be sprayed? If you're looking for something lightweight the only thing that could be worth it would be a hightemp paint. It would protect from rust but that's about it. I guess that's the only important thing anyhow... salt. =) I couldn't think of anything else that I would touch the aluminum - suspension bits with. I know some people that have used that bed liner junk for there wheel wells. You could do that for wheel wells and maybe some other stuff underneath... it's not SUPER light, but it's tough. =\

Ok, I'm back... had to go get my http://www.zcarparts.com/ catalog. (Motorsport Auto)

POR-15 Paint Over Rust - a viable solution here.... protects from rust

BUT:

POR-15 Chassis Coat Black

EDIT:
Here's a decent sized picture of the bottom.

I think it's nicely coated already.
