Default Claying and Zaino

I'm getting a lot of foreign particles in my paint. Some are white and some are dark. The white ones look as if someone has use a power spray painter about 30 feet upwind of my car and some of the white paint made its way onto my car. The dark specs I assume are crap from the road embedding itself in the paint.

Regardless, I'd like to get rid of them and was wondering if I clayed the car will it pick up those particles (the white ones come off at a gentle scratch from my fingernail but not w/ a wash). I was also wondering if the claying process will remove Zaino. Actually, I'm wondering what will remove zaino at all. I'm at about 9 layers or so and I don't really want to do anything that will remove them if at all possible.

Claying the car should remove those particles.

Claying will not remove Zaino. Alcohol will.
