Default Yellow Bug Guts wont come off.

first time i encountered this.

WHat ever bug this is, left yellow guts aka now a yellow stain, this crap wont come off, not even with fingernail.

Any ideas how to remove them, one is on the hood, the other is on the drivers side panel near the Z. these two flat stains just wont come off.

Degreaser. spray it on and let sit for just a minute and then spray it off. Everyone'll say that it'll ruin your paint...blah blah. it's fine if you don't let it soak very long. and besides, that's what wax is for.

How about instead of degreaser you use some "Bug and Tar" remover?
Follow the instructions on the label.

Waxing more often would help build up a barier between your paint and the bugs guts. It will come off easier if you wax often

I hit one of those. It distroyed my OEM bra. Literally!! It put a huge hole in it and the yellow soaked through. Fortunately it didn't hit my paint.

I've waxed my front bumper at least once a month with Meguiars nxt gen wax and then I used meguiars speed detailer to get off any bugs that I didnt get off at the car wash. They slide off really easy when you got a nice coat of wax. I've only managed to get 2 rock chips on my front bumper in 3 months and 4000k miles. I drive my Z daily.

Don't do anything to it...just wash it off and leave the stains alone. they'll go away after a few days.
