Default Best Dash Cleaner

I remember being told not to use silicon on the dash. Problem is most products are. So what's the best thing to protect/clean the dash. ( I know don't get it on the door panels, I know that nightmare first hand. )

Thanks, take it easy.

Clean with damp cloth. Protect with 303 Aerospace Protectant.

I agree , I love the stuff, and it leaves the surfaces with a matte and not shiny finish.

The CLEANING wipes, not the PROTECTANT wipes.

Which "nightmarish crap" did you use?

Clean all the surfaces with warm soapy water then rinse good by wiping it down with just plain water. Use a terrycloth or microfiber towel so it will clean down in the dimples of the rough surfaces.

Apply 303 Aero. by spraying a small amount on a cloth, then squeeze the cloth in your hand to spread any wet spots. Now apply it to the surface of the interior. Wipe it on briskly and all directions. That should prevent it from blotching up the surface.

303 is the way to go. It won't evaporate and leave that "haze" on your windshield like Armour All does.
