Default Scrubbing the Exhaust Pipes

What is the best product to use to get black exhaust residue from the pipes, and also just to clean around the pipe to make it all nice and clean?

Thanks.

Please search stainless steel. Plenty of suggestions.

Wash it the best you can, then polish using Mother's Billet Metal Polish. Use an old rag because it will leave a black residue.

To clean the exhaust, I've found that dish soap works great. I have the Nismo exhaust with a Turbo setup so no cats and it gets them sparkling clean for about 10min after driving.

Wash regularly and hit them up once a month with some Mothers Metal Polish. Man that stuff works great!

I use a generic metal polish called Liberty. But of course it does not say concourse or salon on the bottle. About 35 cents/ounce. 16,000 miles on the exhaust above.

A little 0000 steel wool to clean and Mothers Billet to finish it off and make them real shiny!
