I just had a 3M clear bra installed on my car. It seems to cause an orange peel effect when looking at reflections. Is this normal? Anything I can do to get the sharp reflections again?

 

yes its normal, but it will get better, but not perfect
after about a month, especially if you get a lot of sunshine.

 

the film does have a bit of a texture that can be compared to paint orange peel. On the Z though it is actually smoother than orange peel on some of the factory paint jobs we have installed it on Zbart on this board applied a couple coats of Zaino with the film installed and it smoothed out the film and the paint nicely
