Question Blackfire guys and gals

Have any of you used the polymer sealant on your wheels? If so, has it made cleaning the brake dust easier? I don't want to use any of the abrasive wheel cleaner stuff at the local shops, and I just got my Blackfire kit, so I was wondering if anyone used it on the wheels. The polymer won't harm the tire rubber like wax would, right? Or should I be really careful not to get any on the tires? Thanks for any info or opinion on the matter...

Jon, I've used it on my wheels and it works great! It's not designed for cleaning stuck break dust, tar or anything like that. I've found that Wheel Wax does a better job of protection and cleaning, and really makes them look great. Check out http://www.properautocare.com/wheelwax.html.

Do they sell that stuff at any of the chain stores? I just read the blurb on the site and it looks pretty good...

Blackfire only available via Properautocare.com.

BTW- I followed Brad4thHay's recommendation of Eimann Fabrick Hi-Intensity cleaner for wheels. You dilute it using water, spray it on and hose it off. Non- abrasive and no acids- very effective and also available through Properautocare.

I've never seen it anywhere but online. I also got mine at properautocare. They haven't had it very long, so it must be a new product.
