Is this a serious question?

ScratchX first (just on the affected area), then wax (the entire car).

+ 1

But the car must be clean before you use the ScratchX. Make sure your towels are clean also, so little nasties are scratching your paint.

It really was a serious question. I was just making sure. This is what i did.
1. Meguiars wash
2. turtle wax liquid clay bar(they didnt have any clay bars)
3. Meguiars scratch x
4.Turtle wax ice polish paste
5. Meguiars nxt wax
6. Meguiars nxt quick detail.

Whipped it all down one last time with a clean microfiber. And she looks great.

don't bother with the two waxes ever again...just one coat of the turtle wax or one coat of the nxt....they are both "cleaner" waxes so all you did by adding a second coat of nxt wax was in turn waxing the car and stripping off the turtle wax....just trying to save you some time and a sore arm...

I know NXT does have some cleaners in it but they are very minimal and NXT is not considered a "Cleaner Wax" It is more of a "Pure Wax".
