Default i hit a rock so hard it went through my clearbra!

I just had the damn bra installed a few days ago and i was driving down a freeway and i guess i hit a rock or something but today when i went out for lunch i just did a quick look to admire my car and i see a rock chip. It sliced through my clear bra and chipped my paint as well giving it a half circle chip.

Is that anything i can do at this point to fix this problem beside taking off the bra and repainting the bumper and re-applying the bra?

Doesn't sound like you have many options. I'd need pics to know for sure.

I usually put the Nissan OEM bra on, as an extra layer, when I'm on the freeway.

I'm going to borrow this thread for a bit.

Has anyone every heard of the spray on bra that you can wash off? I heard about this from some S2000 guys on a drive recently and was wondering if anyone has any experience with it?

I've seen it at WalMart, but never tried it. Sorry.

If it chipped off a big piece of paint, then you really have no choice but to paint it. If its big, touch up paint will make it look even worse. Post some pictures so we can see what happened.

idk about that... Sounds like it will just be easier to wash off the bugs afterwards. Put on a good coat of wax, and getting the bugs off will be no problem. I don't really see the need for it.

I have a very thick layer of wax all the time, i was thinking of it mainly for rocks....but it doesn't seem to protect against that. I will get a real clear bra when i get to the appearance mods on my car. I'm either going to get a Nismo V1 kit, or get the front re-painted and do the Varis Arising 1 kit (just the front, sides and rear, no wings or hoods...well maybe that small lip spoiler).
