Default how to clean the dash and vinyl with out shiny look

i wanted to clean my dash and vinyl but didnt want use a cleaner that leaves any kind of shiny look. just want it matte like it was when i first bought the car. and there any products or cheap methods (soap and water) that can accomplish this at the same time keeping it in good condition and not drying it out?

thanks so much

I use the 303 aerospace (it is expensive), but it is the best UV ray blocker available. Only soap and water, will allow your dash to fade over time.

A damp synthetic shammy

Meguire's interior cleaner (love it)

damp microfiber rag followed by a dry one.

Cool realwildone2

where can you get the 303 Aerospace? Locally well stocked auto parts?
