my choices are what ever you guys find in sears.com
im not going to spend more then 60 bucks because thats the gift certificate i got!
are the cordless ones any good?

Cordless ones are useless. They won't have the power necessary for the amount of time it takes to do a car.
I don't know if Sears even has anything to offer, especially in that price range but you want to find a random orbital buffer/polisher. Something similar and equivalent to the Porter-Cable 7336SP.

I agree with the post above. I'd suggest getting the Porter Cable 7424 or equivalent or save your money and apply it towards other goods.
