Upped the shot to 180. And got it retuned hope to hit the track in about 2 hours.

 

in for result 2bad240! ill be at the track tomorrow night if weather permits, itll still be rather hot but whatever, I've been itchin to run after the long tubes

2006 Base Model 350z Daytona Blue, Mickey Thompson Street E/T 2, 6-Speed Manual, GTM Twin Turbo Stage 2, Built VTR Block. Run was at Nissan Infiniti Shootout 2013 on 93 octane pump gas.

 

Nice. I would have run my car that day but I didn't want to smoke up the track with my oil burning Z. At least I got pretty good vids of everybodys runs.

 

great weather to run that day. Hopefully it is just as good next year.

 

First pass on the new setup 1.34 60'. But had to lift I had the tires aired down to much and the car was floating bad up top. Only pulled a weak 11.5

 

That's a nasty 60'. Looking forward to 10's soon for you.

It felt awesome couldn't do it again though. Once I pumped the tires up it started spinning again

 

What tires do you have?

 

26x10.5 m&h dot racemaster

 

What about up front?

 

Nexen SB802 Tire 165/80R15. I think it might be a 85 I need to look to be sure

I had M/T ET Streets 27 x 10.5 x 15 (bias), with M/T Sportsman S/R Radial 26 x 6 x 15 up front.

Was First time out with the ET Streets and my best run...... but got a little squarely up top, last 1/4 of track. I was running about 17psi in the ET Streets.

So, I changed out the fronts to a M/T ET Front 27.5/4.5-15 (bias) for next time out, coming soon.....

 

They are a street tire for volkswagons. I was hanging around my local track seeing what everyone was using and they all suggested those. They are like $50 each. I figure if a 1000hp mustang going 125 in the 1/8th runs them. I should be fine.

 

I know I posted here about a week ago with the timeslip and video but I wasn't sure where the post should go to be added to the list.
