I just found out that the lag I had in first gear is called "bogging".

My 60' was not that good because of my weaksauce 2200rpm launch and poor clutch slippage. Sucks the track closed last night for the season. I'll be back at the strip when it reopens. Drag racing is fun.

I want to break out the new setup and try for 10s when its finished, just a bit concerned about not getting kicked off the track before I make that.

 

Most tracks up here are fairly strict..Raceway Park is real strict lately. If you run under 11.5 now you need a 5 point minimum. Most of the time they wont bother you for 11.3's, but if your trapping 125 and up they start to look at your car a bit more.
I can tell you you run a 10.99 there saving your info and kicking you out on the spot.!!
Just dont try and circumvent the safety equipment requirement, its there for a reason..To save your life.
