I was kidding, but yeah it's the left.

New converter seems to hook a bit better with the DR's.......what pressure were you running?

Yeah I felt every bit of that 1.91 60' when I took off. I left my tire pressure gauge at home so I have no idea where the pressure was. Usually I have it and dont need it. I'll just check them tomorrow.

I raced against an integra during that race and he redlighted light hell lol. We would have been side by side if he didnt leave so early.

I don't see any reason why you can't drop that time down to low 1.8's with pressure at 13-15psi. May even start to break things . If you can get low 1.8's you should be able to get the et down to mid 13.3's........damn impressive. Now get it tuned with a couple new things and you can make a concerted run at 12's.

Yeah we'll see at MIR tomorrow. I'll be prepared this time and if I can stop getting tickets I might be able to tune my car. IMSTAR always has some good competition in my class at least 3 12 second cars everytime. So hopefully I can make it to the top 4.

That's one hell of a short time. Do you have other time slips to prove that your 1.578 60' time wasn't a fluke or a computer error? No offense, but 1.5s are ridiculous for a 350Z with a mere 100 shot and drag radials. One hell of a run, though, if everything was legit.

BTW, for the time being, I've updated the nitrous list:
3. izit26 --------------06 Base 6spd 100 shot 12.051@112.90mph 1.578 60ft Verified DRs

Single Turbo:
2. Hal@IP----- 05 Tour 6spd -(daily)----- (Built)IP ST 10.855@138.94mph 1.918 60ft Verified slicks

Overall:
6. Hal@IP -(daily)---05 6spd Tour --------------Built IP ST 10.855@138.94mph 1.918 60ft slicks

-bumped:
25. TTRANK ----------04 6spd G35S-----------Built Greddy TT 12.368@126.57mph 2.283 60ft Street

I haven't been able to duplicate the run, but I have a couple 12.2 slips with 1.7 shorts. The track hasn't been prepped as well lately. I'll go back out when the next big event comes to town. I've only been able to hook up with a 6K launch once, and this is the slip. With 5-5.5K launches I cant pull 12.0's sadly.

Interesting. Do you happen to know your track elevation and/or DA for that particular run? Also, what jet sizes are you using for your 100 shot and what's the rpm window at which you're spraying?

I'll be looking forward to better times from you in the near future.

Just a heads up, you added me to the single turbo and twin turbo list, not single turbo and overall.

It was at Bremerton race way. Elevation is around 400ft. I didn't check DA that day. All I log is nitrous pressure, launch RPM, tire pressure and launch method.

I use .052N and .030F NOS brand. I just bumped up to .061N and
.036F for something around 135-140hp. I'm going to try for again for an 11 second pass. The car is almost finished for the season.

I dont use a window switch at all. I have an NX express WOT switch only. I never spray at low RPM's and I never take it over 6800 RPM. Next season, all the bells and whistles go on.

That's what you told me.
It looks like you don't even know your own set up. Let me take the car off your hands and I'll never forget a single thing on it.

This is my personal street car not the our green drag car, and was my first pass out. The tires rubbed bad so I only made one poor pass. Oh well, another weekend, new set of tires, and some practice may yield something decent from my little street/daily 350Z.

Thanks,
Hal

That's pretty decent for the track elevation. I bet the DA was crazy low or in the negatives. Either way, good run.

Are you tuned at all with the bigger jet sizes?

I am not sure you understand what I am trying to say.. You have added my single turbo car to the twin turbo list, and not the overall list.

Oh, my bad. I don't know how or why that happened. It has been corrected.

Here's who was actually bumped from the overall list:
25. OldManZ350-------03 6spd -Tour ------------------Vortech 11.856@116.76mph 1.791 60ft DR's

I haven't done any tuning yet. I'm pretty confident that my stock ECU and 1 heat range colder plugs are safe at my power levels. I got baseline dyno'd at 265rwhp and 300rwhp on my first 50hp jets. I was running rich off the charts N/A and on the bottle. That was with no heater, in April. I added the heater and ran an off the shelf 75 shot. I went with the 100hp nitrous jet (.052)and went one jet larger on the fuel side (.030) so I feel safe for the latest setup.
Tomorrow I'll install the .061N and the .036F. I'm debating wether I want to retard the timing 2 degrees while running that much extra fuel.
