I am assuming that this is a standard wheel with the major portion of the wheel tucked under the car. Backspace is an unusual measurement for the 350Z. It means inner edge of wheel to mounting surface.

Look at the 17x8 OEM wheel. Half the width is 101.6mm + 33mm offset = 134.6mm backspace.

16x8 inches with 114.3mm backspace. This wheel will be 20.3mm closer to the fender. That will be OK.

The question that I have is the center bore: 3.27inches. Is this OK for the 350Z?

Does the center bore really matter on our cars...they're centered by the lugs...right?

For street wheels hub-centric rings are preferred. For drag racing no big deal. If the bore is perfect or a little to big you are OK. If the bore is too small, then you will not be able to mount them.

I believe the center bore of 3.27 will be a little bigger than the stock 17's because ive measured them and the 17's are a little under 3 inches diameter on the center bore....so i guess i should ok with these wheels...thanks for all the input guys...
