Default Looking for lightweight wheels to fit DR's

Ok So I am looking for a set of 17" wheels preferably 10 1/2" width that will fit over the factory track model brembos. I am looking to run a Mick Thompson Street Radial or BF Goodrich DR. This is for a 600+whp setup on a 2004 Z Roadster. I only want to get rears and I would rather spend the least amount possible but I am a bit flexible. Any recommendations?

how flexible is "a bit flexible"?

because cheap, light, and 10.5" widths don't mix very well.

I have American Racing 18x10 on a 295 BFG drag radial. wheel weighs 27 lbs with out the tire. Try going with the Weld 15" wheel on slicks if your putting down that much whp and drag racing.

im running 275/40/17 bfgoodrich dr on the stock 17" wheels (the fronts ones too 17x7.5)

they are working out just fine.

i think 275 would be the widest i can go on this rim.

I need something I can drive on the street not just track. I was thinking about the CCW Classics but they are far from cheap, $550 a wheel. Any other ideas? I dont think the stocks are going to cut it. Does any1 know if the Enkei RPF1 17x10" will fit over a factory brembo rear? 18lbs each wheel and $290 bucks a piece. Best deal i've found, if only it fits.....

I am looking for the exact same thing... My problem is I have the Wilwood BBK on the rear. I can almost fit my factory 17s over the BBK, but just barely does not clear. If the outer edge of the wheel did not curve in so much they would fit.

I was looking on tirerack's website and they have some 17's on clearance for $93 a rim!

The RPF1's should have no problem fitting. You would just need the right off-set. Perhaps you should ask in the Wheels section about what wheels would fit over your brembo's.
