Why would the tires spin faster and heat up faster? I guess I'm not getting how that works. TIA.

From what i read, you can heat up your tires longer resulting in better traction. 1st gear will go by to fast to get a good burnout or to heat them up well.

At any given rpm the tires will spin faster in 2nd than in 1st.

I also do a second gear burnout. Longer gear higher revs on the tires. I have yet to pull the fuse and do a burn out that way.

Keep up the nice driving Tany

Seems like some can do a burnout without pulling the fuse, while others still cant do a burnout even with the fuse out.

Start in first and get them going....shift into 2nd and keep feathering near redline....watch the speedo....the faster the speeds the quicker the tires heat up

the real trick is how much water is in the box and staying in it....without a line lock or using the brakes youll obviously roll out of the box ending your burnout so keep that in mind

Look for the nice white cloud to appear behind you and the smell of burning rubber
