Id like to read on Saturday that regardless of who won, the "beef" is over, and you guys had some beers afterwords. Make a good example for the Z community, that we can "friendly" trash talk (I know this has gone a little further but it happens) and still be cool at the end of the day. Who knows, maybe I'll invite J down to MD to get some driving lessons...maybe we can have friendly call outs bewteen fast cars in every state, and read about rivalries every week

I'm not Philthys Lawyer... This is a public forum and it's not uncommon see a Lawyer have dialog through public avenues. I don't tell him to post here or question his actions; he's a professional with years of experience and I trust his judgment. If anyone wants to speak to him regarding this matter, he has offered PM as the point of contact.
I've stated I'm not going to provide any additional comment on this subject - there are 100's of pages of documentation, some you've seen and a good bit you haven't seen via PM/emails that have prompted me to pursue action.

MRC is a big instigator - I posted props to Doug in the other thread and made a comment about racing and even place a 'J/K' and
after it - and MRC jumped all over it, ‘big’ shop wants to take on a consumer.. no problem, looking forward to tomorrow… Anyone that’s attending please don't hesitate to come by and say hi as I’m looking forward to meeting you and putting more faces to the screen names… You’ll see for yourself that what’s posted here and what’s reality is too different things.
I know "some" of the history between you, and I know Julian can get pretty upset but just squash it man. It will be better for everyone. This happens a lot between guys that are actually very similar (prideful in their cars, drag times, abilities, shops, etc), like I think happens sometimes between me and Julian (although I try not to provoke him), I believe if we were to meet in person (my assumption) it would be a different story like you say...

IMO they should really do 3 brackets instead of just putting all the power adder's together because its unfair

which "J" are you referring to here? if me, cool...but, do i still have to pay for the lessons?
