True, but who cares if your car is faster if you cant drive it.

Looking foward to whooping you again down the 1/4 mile..
Hows the Hydra coming along? Is your car complete yet?
Hopefully weather permitting we will be there..
Another of your classic trash talking posts...

The expectation is you will make a 9 second pass, you set the bar!

Definitely fair, but I think some of us are afraid of a repeat of this thread as excuses later, from either of you.

But I've got no beef with your or Julian. Just tired of how things get drawn out sometimes. The NJ scene isn't that big and would hate to see it break up into factions because things got hot and heated. I'd like to be able to throw down some brews with either or both of you down the line, because that's all its about for me, learning from each other and building a strong community.

I hope Julian feels the same way and when its all said and done, other than maybe a little pride being hurt, everybody comes out of this for the better.

I totally agree with you

I want to see who is the better driver here. And looking at the traps we will see who has the faster car.

So this friday huh? Whats the weather look like? Im sure something will happen to make this a no go.

Im willing to donate a Torbonator to the winner. Good luck guys

Do you stalk every post I make?Dont you work for a living or do you just sit at your desk starting drama..As said before..Stop running your mouth and run your car for ONCE...Lets see your skills, and NOT your TYPING skills..
PS Saturday was our first day out with the new set up and the car went from the lift to the dyno to the track with 30 miles on the new motor.we had a few issues on Sat, all have been resolved..Despite my best time being a 12.0@122 on Sat, NO ONE crossed the line before me..So must be really slow..

You got my vote for the best post on this thread. The NJ scene is really not at all fragment as it may seem - MRC aside.

I'm of the mind set of having fun knowing that I'm at a disadvantage this week - if I lose it really will not affect my life. I'll be back next week with a proper drag race setup and I'll try again...

I may come off the wrong way at times and I'll need to work on that more in the future - The one thing that I absolutely am is persistent! I hope MRC has a big bank roll, because my goal for the year is to match and beat ANYTHING their shop car puts up. Will I succeed or fail, I'm guessing both - will I have fun doing it and make even more friends, definitely.
