I will only respond to this as the rest of your posts are long winded explanations of law that anyone with a library card can look up. And FYI your client HAS in fact caused me much grief and possible lost business as a result of his relentless bashing of me and my business on this very forum.Archiving and printing out all of his negative posts would indeed be enough to seek a civil suit and damages as civil suits require less proof than proof beyond a reasonable doubt..However that is neither here nor there.
Also your legal threats towards me and my occupation are about as childish as you can get. Reminds me back in 2nd grade, the kid that always wanted to tell the teacher. I never once pounded my chest,expressed my occupation, or brought the fact that I am a police officer into any debates or conversations with "Your boy" , he did so.Many times I might add.
Nor did I ever resort to utilizing my authority until your client threatened me with physical harm and told me to "bring your gun" which put me in fear for my safety. All i did at that point is remind "your Boy' that I was an L.E.O. and since he was aware of it, and has been for some time, had he indeed "layed me out" meaning assualt me in any way, he would in fact be commiting aggravated assault on a police officer and he would be dealt with accordingly.Not only is it my right to defend myself and use force to a reasonable amount to subdue a situation, but it is my obligation to take action as a sworn officer of the law. I suggest you remind him of that prior to friday..


Now back to what I wanted to say...If you are indeed a lawyer...I will have no problem none what so ever signing a legal binding contract between myself and Phil the day of the event that the winner will post a public appology on my350z.com consisting of at least a paragraph of how they may have been insensitive,and outright cocky towards the other party..They will also agree to leave the other party alone online and not make negative comments toward one another ever again..This would be acceptable IMHO..

#1) That was the first pass EVER on the new set up..26 seconds..Might I add.
#2) I was testing out the 2 step, it did not shut off, and we could not rev past 3500rpms.
Ask Gio what happend the NEXT time we went heads up... I eliminated him first round..

Yeah I s8ck at launching.
My RT was good but too much wheelspin.

My first time ever at a 1/4 mile track was in 2005 and haven't been back since until Saturday.
Hopefully this year I get some practice and post some real time in October.

Yeah come on you really think Julian can't do better than a measly 13.6.
He posted a 12.1.
The run in the bracket racing where you took out my car was run by kenny (Da Mayor) and he was backing up to line up and next thing you know the tree goes off.
He later ran a 13.248 with my car.
No excuses here just putting the facts out.

Anyway I'll be there tomorrow if the weather report proves itself wrong.
