Um, no. Plenty of people have weighed their 07's and 08's and haven't come near that number.

Incorrect.

I believe it was forum member WalkerT who had his 07 weighed and it came in at 3150lbs.

3150....bullsh*t... My 03 weighed 3195 with virtually no fuel, aftermarket exhaust, no spare, and lighter wheels when it was near stock. No way a new Z properly weighed will come anywhere near that number.

I wasn't there when he weighed his car that day, but I have used the scale (at the same track and it's an NHRA certified track). The scale is calibrated correctly.

BTW, unless you're spectacular at driving and/or your car is ridiculously fast for a DE, you'll lose.
