heh went again, the last run of the season... there were 3 other Z's there! I raced them all... I won each run with them! heh... my best time was a 14.4 even with my mods but im still a newb when it comes to racing..... the automatic Z hit a 14.2! i was mad... he was STOCK. and i have intake and exhaust overall it was way better then the first time... and I plan on doing more upgrades for next year... also practice alot on launches and shifting, which is what i really need to work on...

 

thats pretty good for a newb racer. there was an auto guy at my track running 15's(wtf!) and a manual running 14.3s+ @98-99mph with some mods.

AUTO that ran 15s probably had TCS on =\

or maybe AC on to (if that even makes a difference)...


Good run BTW. With your mods you should be able to run high 13s...

 

even with the tcs on it would have ran better...it was the driver. there was a kid that was running mid 14's in an auto there last week

 

i have an auto and on my first two runs I got 14.332 and 14.322 both of those runs were from idle. first time at the track and I was losing traction all through first and part of second. i have 17in stock tires. Will probaby do better this next weds.

 

so far I've liked it alot... I just need to practice shifting and launching like I said..
