Take your time, lol. The runs you got of me were terrible, hahaha.

No prob. for the camera mount, it's always cool to have videos from that angle.

I went through this whole thread and realized I didnt thank Hills Garage!! Frank did an awesome job installing my nitrous kit. He hid all the lines so good I go through tech all the time without them knowing I'm spraying. He also helped me out when switching the jets late at night. He's a nissan genious and the best mechanic I know.

What are you guys using to control the nitrous? (rpm switch? tps switch?) Are you spraying thru the shift? How is the auto tranny holding up, spraying 100 shot thru gear changes?

What is your technique for spraying in first? My G35 sedan is sitting on 275\35\20 Yohohama S drives in the back. I plan to use a Zex 75shot (about 50hp to the wheels). I plan on torque braking the launch and when the wheels hook, flooring it and letting the nitrous go to work.

I have a manual switch that I hit to spray. I may get a tps switch eventually. I am spraying through the shifts and havent really done any back to back runs to see if I'm going any faster when doing that. I will say it doesnt sound good when I do it lol. Tranny is doing good though. Seems like its doing some weird things at times when driving around the city but it may just be me.

On slicks I torque the car to 3200, slam my foot to the ground and hit the button at the same time. On street tires it depends on the track prep but I usually will wait until around 5k to spray in first or when I hook. I usually dont spin when I do it that way. My best on street tires is 12.8@108 and I think my 60' was a 1.9 on that run. I've only sprayed on street tires very few times so I probably could do a little better with a little more practice.

Answered your PM, but its ajcool2 who you want to ask. He has the spray, I'm still N/A.

I plan on running a two stage. small 55 shot for first gear. Just torque break and floor it. Shot will be tps activated. Once i get into a second gear, 2nd stage will be activated thru push botton (another 55 shot) for 110 total. I will deactivate the 2nd stage during the 2-3 shift.

I'd just run a single shot.....you will come off the line better with bigger shot (assuming you are on real tires).

+1 If your only going to be running street tires you're going to spin if you floor it off the line.

U think I will spin really bad on a small 55 shot? Tires are 275/30 Yoko S Drive. Im thinking with that small of a shot it should hook decently. I might get a set of 350z 17s and put some MT drag radials on them.

Yes, you will spin, but your 60' may not be too bad. I'd skip the whole street tire thing and run MT radials or Slicks.

Man I am late to the party but sick times and nice driving AJ. You did it the right way by getting plenty of practice NA and maxing out the driver mod before throwing alot of money at it. Nicely done man.
