thats good your getting consistent times, base it more on YOU and not others times and you can improve on that
i am horrible at shifting in the Z, i mean i have had it for a week but i have not gotten comfortable with it, my last two cars being a 09 corolla then a 00 toyota truck i have got a lot of adjusting to do!
