do you guys know where to take the test to get my drifting licence?? i live in california and i am very interested. if i posted in the wrong section sorry i couldnt find the drifting section.

Formula D pro-am...you have to qualify at regional events first though.

Formula Drift, D1 Grand Prix, and NOPI all have their own licenses... You need one to compete in any of the series'. However a Formula D or D1 license holder can attend a NOPI event.

None of these organizations have a tangible license card, its just a way to create a possible entry list to organize who can and cannot enter a professional drift event.

DraGonAlchemist - you know about ClubLoose right? that is right around the corner from you. I designed the courses for them and ran cones back in 2003 during the first year. Thems dudes is good dudes.

you have to at events but there is no license requirement.

 

If you get pulled over by the drift patrol they ask you for your drift license and registration.
