Default Need a tie rod replacement "how to"

I just saw a DIY for Tein inner tie rods the other day, and now I can't find it to save my life. Anyone have a link?

I've done suspension and BBK installs, among other things. Someone posted that it takes about 20 minutes per side, and you just need to get an alignment when it's done. I should have bookmarked it.

Just got a pair of inner rods that i need to install soon. Going to be using stock outers. Do I need some special tool to get the outer tie rod off the steering knuckle? If so, can they be removed without damaging the outer boot?

I couldn't separate it. Fortunately, I was able to remove the inner tie rod from the rack, then just spin it off of the outer rod. Worked for me. I didn't need to cut the bumpstop, either. One note, when you are measuring the length of the new tie rod for alignment purposes, add the length of the "increased steering angle spacer" to your measurement. Otherwise, you end up with a lot of toe in.
