You'll need this to help with sideways wind turbulence. Those smaller fins in the middle help keep the rear end from sliding too far out by providing just enough air resistance and downforce.

Wheels , extra tires , then a rollbar, seat and harness. Once you have that stuff, time for a diff.
Thru the above process, keep hitting drift days.

Maintain and service the car properly first.
Then get lessons at a track with a decent tutor.
Lastly, stop typing in stupid large fonts as nobody else does.

Here's me. No power mods, just suspension, a good alignment, a bucket seat, and the VDC 50 amp fuse removed.
DO NOT TRY WITH VDC DISABLED, yaw control will still be active and try to correct you causing massive unpredictable understeer. Pull the fuse. The button won't do the trick.

You don't need much. You can easily drift a stock Z. I would start with sway bars to control excessive roll and remove understeer. Then maybe coilovers and lsd. When you start to get a hang of it tein inner and outer rod ends with a spacer to increase steering angle. My car is supercharged and it made it easier to hold the drift. However NA engine mods should be the last thing to consider.
It helps if you get some tires that aren't too grippy. Some 225 section tires worked well for me when I was na. It helps you to maintain drift, reduces speed and makes things easier. Also cheap tires are good for your budget.
Just get out there and have fun!!

I took my 350z drifting for the first time this weekend, I have coilovers and a welded diff. That is it.. The car ran flawlessly and I had loads of fun. All you really need is a few sets of tires and seat time.. then you just kind of assess things as you want more out of the car.

coilovers, welded diff or 2 way, remove the vdc or unplug the vdc system (keeps brake lights), cut down bumpstops and go sliding. arms for better alignment, seat, ebrake, and wheel should follow but the z slides pretty easily stock. also throw some angle mods when you can too. tie rods or steering rack spacers do a pretty good amount of angle for cheap
